Instructor Profile

Husnain R. Badami is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) with a cumulative experience of over 15 years in the profession. Together with this, he also carries a robust practical background in the Learning & Development space with expertise in Finance, Leadership, and Instructional Design & Facilitation.
He is currently one of the Founding Directors of Ingenium, that is working in leadership, finance, and digital learning space. He also serves as a Partner of Redwood Global Services, an accounting outsourcing and advisory firm operating in Canada and Pakistan. In addition, he also co-founded an award-winning EdTech start-up, The School of Business Education (tsbeducation.com) which is providing accountancy education globally. Prior to that, he has worked with Ernst & Young Karachi, Dubai, and Jeddah offices and at Engro Polymers & Chemicals Limited, before moving into entrepreneurship to pursue his passion in the field of education and learning.
Academically, he holds a Gold Medal in his post-grad studies in Philosophy with critical pedagogy as his area of research. His academic work on pedagogy has also been published in the prestigious Journal of Comparative Education of Columbia University, USA.
He has also served as a Vice-President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), and a member of the National Council. He has chaired and served as a member of various committees of the ICAP related to CPD, ESG, Investigation, Education & Training, etc.
